August 29, 2004: RJ Daniels is back in control of SSW!!!! Prodigy is back on the wrestling roster!!! SSW Resurrection 2004 set for Saturday night, September 18, at 7pm.
September 6, 2004: What is the NEW SSW?? Well, the NEW SSW is a new vision for SSW. Taking the heart and soul of what SSW was built upon, and taking some new blood, new ideas crafted from the era of the New Breed, and a general new direction for the organization. There has been a lot of trash talk about SSW over the past year and a half, about SSW being a glorified backyard fed. Well, SSW is here to show everyone they are wrong, and that SSW will be the "New Breed" of indy wrestling here in Milwaukee. Through a process of elimination and "gut checks", we now have a solid roster of men that are 100% behind our product, and are 100% serious about being a wrestler, and 100% NOT backyarders. If you wonder where you favorite SSW star has gone, that person probably didn't have what it took to get to the next level with us, and that is why, with the exception of those out on injury. From here on in, SSW is going to be 100% serious about being taken serious. Now it is put up or shut up time in SSW, and if you doubt us, check out SSW Resurrection 2004, on Saturday, September 18, 2004, and see what we are all about. I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised!

made its triumphant debut in Allenton on Saturday, November 13, 2004, with many surprises! Debuting and returning stars, backstabbing and doublecrossing, just a day in the world of SSW
Quick Results:
Xavier Mustafa won the Battle Royal
TC Washington d. Cyrus in the Round 1 match
Prodigy d. Dark Angel in the Round 1 match
Jackyll d. Angel Armoni
Devin Diamond/Judge Jesse d. Maverick/Fire
TC Washington d. Prodigy for "X" title #1 contendership
Fate d. Jack Spade via DQ in the "X" title match
Chris Black d. Xavier Mustafa in the SSW title match
First off, Xavier Mustafa won the Number One Contender spot to face Chris Black in the Main Event, after defeating the Prodigy in the opening battle royal. XM hit his version of the "Canadian Destroyer", and then getting the pinfall over Prodigy. This battle royal saw a few new faces to SSW, as well as some returning SSW stars. Jackyll made his debut in SSW during the battle royal, as well as the return to SSW action of Dark Angel, Maverick, and Fire.
The next match was the first in the 4 man "X" title contendership tournament, facing TC Washington against Cyrus. Also returning to SSW and joining Cyrus at ringside was Cyrus's old friend, Icem. Icem tried to help Cyrus defeat TC, only to get caught in the "414" from TC, and then TC rolled Cyrus up for the victory, and advancing the to final round match.
The next match pitted Prodigy against his old nemesis from the classic Light-Heavyweight days, the returning Dark Angel. Angel had been plagued with nagging injury over the summer, that was originally kicked off when he was assaulted by the Chosen at Year One, and then when he suffered a concussion when Kuba Andrews knocked him out and stole the SSW title from him on June 20th. But, Dark Angel looked to be back in true form, as he and Prodigy had a classic battle to advance in the tournament. But, Prodigy had a new fire in him, and let everyone in the crowd know how he felt, and let Dark Angel know as well. Prodigy defeated Angel after hitting 3 moves, a kryptonite krunch, a vicious powerslam, and then his ever effective Echo DVD, and advanced to the final round to face off with TC Washington. During the match, Fate watched on from ringside, occasionally getting Prodigy's attention, due to the fact that Spade defeated Prodigy at the last event, and Prodigy felt Fate was getting his chance at the title. After the match, Fate stood over the fallen Angel, and the returned backstage, to the puzzlement of Angel, and the crowd.
Jackyll made had his first singles match in SSW, facing the local legend debuting in SSW, ANGEL ARMONI. Armoni was on the mic before the match, and let the crowd know how he felt about the fans in Allenton, and the crowd, returned the favor as they cheered Jackyll on to defeat arrogant Armoni. In the end, Jackyll got a quick roll-up victory over Armoni, which stunned the local legend.
The next match was a Tag Team match. Earlier in the show, Devin "punked out" the returning Maverick and Fire, and ripped into them about how they didn't belong and how they had the wrong attitudes towards SSW and the business. Eventually, Maverick, Fire, and Devin got heated, and a match was announced. Devin just needed a partner. Well, Devin pronounced that the Allenton crowd was the Jury, that he was the executioner, and that his partner was non-other than Judge Jesse. Jesse had not been seen in SSW since August of 2003, and the fans cheered him upon arrival, but, in true Judge form, got on the bad side of the fans in no time. Devin and Jesse got the victory after Devin hit the Diamond Drop on Fire, and Jesse hit the 180 splash on Fire for the victory.
In the Final round match of the "X" contendership tournament, TC Washington faced off with Prodigy. This hard-fought match was an instant SSW Classic, with TC defeating Prodigy with the debut of his devastating move called the "Washington Memorial", and the pinfall on Prodigy. Making TC Washington the current #1 contender to the "X" Championship.
In the "X" Championship match, Fate challenged Champion Jack Spade for the title. Again, an instant classic match, fueled by the fact that Spade had yet to defeat Fate in SSW competition. But, to no avail. Fate had Spade up to put him down for the count, when out of no-where, Prodigy speared Fate, and disqualified Spade. Spade retained the belt, but once again failed to defeat Fate.
Finally, the SSW Championship match. Xavier Mustafa challenging Chris Black for the championship. Both of these men are contenders of the highest caliber, and wrestled with honor and respect to each other. In the end, XM missed his "Business Bomb" on Chris Black, which led to "The Natural" to defeat XM and retain the SSW Championship. After the match, Devin Diamond came out to congratulate the champ, and to razz the crowd that had seemingly turned on him during the night. Devin then snatched the SSW title from Chris Black, and clocked Chris Black full force in the head with the title belt. Devin taunted Black as he lay on the canvas, and challenged him for the title when SSW returns to Allenton, on Saturday, December 4th. Devin was chased out of the ring when the Tag Champs, Xavier Mustafa and TC Washington came to Chris Black's aid. RJ then came out and closed the show by confirming Chris Black's acceptance to Devin's challenge.
So, when SSW returns to Allenton on December 4th, Chris Black will be defending the SSW Championship against Devin Diamond! Also confirmed for the next event is Jack Spade defending his "X" title against TC Washington. And, after the show, Fate demanding that RJ give him the Prodigy on the 4th. RJ obliged the request, and let Fate know that the winner of the match will become #1 contender to the "X" title.
